At Vintage Vegans, every item is made with compassion and care. Most of our products are custom-made to order, so we want you to love what you receive. However, because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect items.
General Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or change of mind.
We also cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized products

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Since most products are custom-made, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If your order qualifies for a return due to damage or error, we’ll replace the item once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
